  • Acupuncture needles are as thin as human hair. Most patients don’t feel the needle being inserted.

    When the needle is gently moved, the patient may sense a heaviness or dull ache in their body. Your acupuncturist will be checking in with you throughout the treatment.

  • 1) Please complete online paperwork before the day of your appointment. If not, please arrive 10-15min early to complete paperwork

    2) Eat & hydrate 1-2hrs before your appointment

    3) Wear loose comfortable clothing. Please shower before your appointment if you have been physically active

    4) Please put phones on ‘Do Not Disturb’ during your treatment.

  • We do not currently accept insurance. However, we do have package deals available after your initial treatment.

  • Most patients come weekly; however, each case is unique. Everyone responds to treatment differently so your results will depend on your particular situation. There are certain issues that can be addressed in a visit or two; other cases might require more treatments until your goal is met. Your practitioner will be able to guide you on the results you can expect. Often, patients will notice relief from a specific symptom straight away, though we may need more time to work on the underlying root of the issue.

  • Gua Sha is a stimulation of the skin with a flat instrument, which increases Qi (Chi) & blood flow to the area. Gua Sha can help relieve symptoms of common cold, sinus infection, runny nose & cough in the early stages.

    Please be aware of the Cancellation Policy:

    Effective January 1, 2023, any appointment canceled less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time and no-show appointments, will be charged the full fee of the appointment to the card on file. This policy applies to all appointments, for both new and established patients.

    You are able to make changes to your appointment online through our scheduling system up to 24 hours in advance and during clinic hours by phone or email. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time must be made by phone or email.
